Being active and taking advantage of the outdoors is one of the best things about living in the Pacific Northwest. Providing yourself with an outlet for stress and energy through exercise is a vital part of your health and wellbeing. Unfortunately, injuries happen, especially in the athletic world.

Most often, sports injuries are highly treatable with conservative care such as sports chiropractic. Through adjustments, soft tissue treatments, physiotherapies and therapeutic taping, our doctors are able to heal your injuries by increasing your body’s natural healing responses to return you back to your active lifestyle. When sports injuries do occur, people will most likely suffer soft tissue injuries during exercise or athletic activity. The response of the soft tissue system is to protect itself and in doing so, your tissues will contract and possibly spasm. This causes pain and reduced range of motion which will become a self-feeding cycle unless treatment is provided.

Our doctors are specialized to diagnosed and treat sports specific injuries, and provide advanced soft tissue therapy to facilitate in the rapid reduction of pain, swelling, and loss of function due to the injury. Commonly, treatment is part of training as keeping your body functioning at optimal performance with chiropractic care will reduce tissue and joint tension allowing you to better compete and perform.
